Refund policy

As each order is custom in nature and produced upon purchase, to be eligible for a return, your item must have proof of being incorrect or damaged and sent to us within 48 hours of receiving. Further, we reserve the right to not administer refunds to any orders stolen upon failure to pickup within 72 hours.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We want your order to be exactly how you envisioned it!
